            Honesty is the best Policy

  The proverb that mean it is the better to be honest than anything else. We must be honest in word and deed. I am telling you about the short stories it will show you it is mean.

   

 One day while cutting wood cutter’s axe sleeping form his head and fail onto the nearby river. The wood cutter has full of grief at his loss. He sat down beside the river and lament bitterly. Mercury, the god of the water heard the wood cutter to him. He came out of the water and asks the wood cutter about the God the cause of his grief. When the poor cutter told the god the stories of his bad luck. Mercury at once dived to the bottom of the river and held before him an axe of gold asking the man if than was his axe and that his axe of silver was before him. then again the poor wood cutter refuse.

   

 The God was very pleased with the honesty of the poor wood cutter and so gave him not only his loss axe but the gold and silver.
